By Al Caiola & His Orchestra With Chorus. By Al Hoffman, Charles E. King, and Dick Manning. Arranged by Dorothy Barth. Contemporary. Score and parts. 2 pages. Dorothy van Joolen Barth #5998961. Published by Dorothy van Joolen Barth (A0.785048).

I arranged The Hawaiian Wedding Song for violin and alto recorder, but the alto recorder part may also be played on flute. This is my first arrangement of a copyrighted song for SMP Press (the rest of my SMP catalog consists primarily of English Country Dance and Celtic public domain arrangements, with some original compositions).

For this arrangement, I alternated the melody between the two instruments and noted that on the score for ease in interpretation. If there is interest in this arrangement of the lovely Hawaiian Wedding Song (originally titled Ke Kali Nei Aua), I'll be inspired to create more such arrangements in the future!

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
