SKU: A0.775164

Composed by Sigmund Romberg. Arranged by Bill Wilson. Broadway,Musical/Show. 13 pages. Alexander Wilson #3578027. Published by Alexander Wilson (A0.775164).

Early Broadway composer Sigmund Romberg wrote "The Galli-Curci Rag" for "The Passing Show of 1918", a musical revue parodying musical events of the previous year. "The Galli-Curci Rag" is adapted from the "Triumphal March" from Aida, by Verdi, and was included in the show as a reference to the introduction of Italian opera star Amelita Galli-Curci to the American opera scene.   Our arrangement of this song spreads melodic responsibilities between first trumpet, French horn, and trombone. Arranged for brass quintet (two Bb trumpets, French horn, trombone, and tuba). Performance time is approximately 1:35. Visit our website, www.tootsuitebrasspublishing.com, for a catalog of our arrangements available through sheetmusicplus.com.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
