A mystical composition for alto and guitar which attempts to reach the spiritual and to go beyond the sexual, the transsexual and the physical... It is inspired by the story of the desert hermit Saint Anthony (ca.250-350), who made commentaries on the dual nature of man shadow light, male female, saint and demon. The text, originally written by Claude Louis Combet for the film "Les Tribulations de Saint Antoine" and translated into English, is sung from the point of view of the saint. It is performed here by the composer.
