Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.961631

Composed by Timothy Shaw. Sacred. Octavo. 4 pages. Shaw Music #5776519. Published by Shaw Music (A0.961631).

This choral prayer is an original setting of William Cowper’s hymn, first published in the Olney Hymns collection. Working through a complex emotional and spiritual journey, the text ultimately points toward healing in God’s providence. The hymn was superscribed with Isaiah 57:15, "For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: ‘I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite’.".

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
