A Delightful Piece
I purchased the flute quartet version of this piece and we love it. The rhythm is a bit tricky, but as long as the bass player can count, it falls into line pretty easily. Caveat: The excellent version of the piece in the brass quintet demo is a great deal more intricate than the actual written music. To me that's a plus, because it leaves the performing group the ability to structure the music to show off their strengths and creativity. We love this music!
