Very good title
This book is full of songs that we perfect for duets. A co-choir member and I are singing "Deep River" for an American Cancer Society fundraiser at our church next week. I love hoe "Shall We Gather at the River" was merged in to make a medley.

I did not find these arrangements to do justice to the Spirituals themselves. Also they are a bit same-y.

Excellent collection of vocal duets
Ten spirituals arranged for vocal duet with piano accompaniment. These are appropriate for church and school uses. I have always liked Lloyd Larson's work, and this collection is some of his best.

Outstanding arrangements
Wonderful arrangements for two voices. Perfect for two baritones.Accompanist found arrangement to be beautifully done.
