Het is een uitdagend en energiek werk waarin lyrisch materiaal wordt afgewisseld door ritmischemotieven, jazzy elementen en verschillende cadensen voor diverse instrumenten.
Die Sinfonietta No. 3 entstand im Auftrag des Schweizer Blasmusikverbandes fur das Eidgenossische Musikfest 2016 in Montreux. Es ist ein anspruchsvolles und energiegeladenes Stuck, in dem sich lyrische Passagen mit rhythmischen Patterns,Jazzelementen und diversen Kadenzen verschiedener Instrumente abwechseln.
