Published by Indie Classical Publications (A0.971803).Composed in 2008, the Serenade was my first attempt at writing for this type of chamber orchestra ensemble. Written in a loose Sonanta-form, the music was highly inspired by Ralph Vaughan Williams' string and chamber orchestra works. Because of this, the flavor of this work is melancholic. Grade 4. Duration: 5 minutes, 30 seconds.
