Based on Ps 25
Kate Basi has adapted Psalm 25 for a two-part mixed choir, C instrument, and keyboard. Though the text is of a penitential nature, the key and harmonic structure of the music invoke a hopeful character. This will make a wonderful Lenten anthem for parishes with smaller choirs.
