Composed by Graham. Arranged by Marilyn Rummel. Concert,Contemporary,Folk,Sacred. Score. 3 pages. Demand Music #4282477. Published by Demand Music (A0.849948).

One of the western world's all time beautiful tunes, this piece was originally published in Walker's Southern Harmony, a shape note hymn book, in 1835. It is now found in several modern hymnals with a variety of texts attached, and in some secular choral pieces.

The solo harp arrangement has 3 verses, including one with rolled chords, and the 3rd, with a lovely bass pattern that is satisfying to learn for students, and easy to play for those more experienced.  This piece would also work as accompaniment to a C instrument playing the harp treble part, with harp doubling the left hand.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
