The theme song for the animated television series "The Smurfs" is an iconic and catchy tune that is instantly recognizable to many. The theme song was composed by Belgian musician Pierre Kartner, who is also known by his stage name Vader Abraham. Kartner composed the song in 1977 specifically for the Dutch-language animated television series called "De Smurfen," which was based on the comic strip created by Belgian cartoonist Peyo.The song's original Dutch title is "La la la (Het Smurfenlied)," which translates to "La la la (The Smurf Song)" in English.
