"The Peacock Polka" by Sarah Houle, 2023, for Brass Quartet: Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium TC and BC, Tuba.

This cute polka frolicks in the biergarten just as the peacocks do! The main melody is played by the two middle brass (trombone and euphonium) while the trumpet interjects with laughing peacock calls. Interspersed are a few musical interludes that build into each following section. The Trio is a rolling and swelling dynamic treat. The brass move through moments of highs and lows in bell tone fashion before returning to the first melody.

Enjoy the Peacock Polka!
