Derek Hasted writes "This haunting piece (originally for voice, violin, piano and full orchestra) fits nicely onto 3 guitars (or a large ensemble), making a concert item that is accessible to intermediate players. It will provide a reflective and calm piece that the audience are sure to enjoy - its strangely familiar motif is both calm and reassuring in its flow.
Guitar 3 is tuned to ⑥=D, and the piece is set around arpeggios that are instantly familiar. There are a few barrés but these should not prove to be tiring or liable to buzz.
Guitars 2 and 3 sit nicely in second position, whereas Guitar 1 needs to go up the neck, and some position changes might be needed if you slur the ornamentation as indicated.
I have added a few dynamics to mimic the flow of the original, but feel free to add or alter to make the performance "yours".
