Composed by Frederic Chopin. Arranged by Afonso Tello. 19th Century,Classical,Folk,Multicultural,Romantic Period,World. 33 pages. Afonso Tello #860552. Published by Afonso Tello (A0.1267998).

Chopin's most famous Polonaise. Entitle 'Heroic' for its character and overall ambiance, this piece is a part of almost every single pianist's repertoire, making it a staple piece of the instrument.
A Polonaise is a traditional Polish dance, characterized by its walking-like movement. In Poland, to this day, it is common for debutants to dance it.
It is clear from Chopin's nationalism that this piece is another representing his nostalgia for his homeland.
