Published by Jim Duff (A0.690583).An original composition for Piano Trio (Violin & Cello) Begins with a Cello Ostinato, which is passed to the piano, while the Cello introduces the first melody above. The violin joins with melodic 16th note variations with the Cello melody. A new bridge section follows by the Piano without the Ostinato’s presence with Bass accompaniment by the Cello. The Violin then joins the Piano with an accompanying harmony. A Dal Segno to the Sign follows for a repeat of the original section followed by the ending at the Coda. This piece is a workout primarily for the violin, but is well worth the effort.
