Published by Vincent Vitale (A0.835522).The Oriskany Concert March was commissioned by the Oriskany Junior/Senior HS Band located in Oriskany, NY. Karen Lodbell was the band director at the time. Being a Navy man I was happy to do this as the Oriskany was a US Navy aircraft carrier. This march has great energy and high spirit. Although it is written for Junior/High School bands your students will find it fun to play and not at all difficult. It is full sounding and will come together with minimal rehearsal time. It will make an enjoyable addition to any concert and both your band and audience will give it high praise. Comes with a full 10 line score and parts for flute, oboe, clarinet 1,2&3, bass clarinet, alto sax 1&2, tenor sax, baritone (TC), baritone sax, f horn, trumpet 1&2, trombone, bassoon, tuba, bells and percussion.
