Ordinary Day is an upbeat and vibrant composition suitable for Intermediate level community and school choirs. The subject of the lyrics is simply a celebration of an extraordinary ordinary day!

It can be performed simply with piano accompaniment; with the addition of bass, drums and guitar; or with the further addition of a horn section of trumpet, trombone, tenor saxophone and bass clarinet (parts available on request).

This composition was made possible with funding from Arts Council England and was specially composed in 2018 for the Handsworth Community Choir (Birmingham, UK).
