Composed by Bronislau Kaper and Ned Washington. Arranged by Rupert Austin. Broadway,Jazz,Musical/Show,Standards. Score. 9 pages. Rupert Austin #5795785. Published by Rupert Austin (A0.713508).

An arrangement of the timeless standard for solo piano in an up-tempo jazz style. Performance duration is about 4 minutes, and a performance can be viewed at youtube.com/c/rupertaustin/videos. Much syncopation is used and swinging 8th notes should be used throughout. A fast tempo of 200 quarter notes per minute is indicated, although speeds between 180 and 220 would be appropriate. Rootless left hand chord voicings are used extensively. The physical shape of these left hand chords may be unfamiliar to some pianists, and practise could be required to become fluent with the playing of them.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
