Metronome practice is key to performing this piece well. Because it's about a clock, your tempo should be constant throughout. The hardest part about this piece is the constant jumps between hand positions. You will probably benefit from beginning your metronome practice at a slower speed than what is marked. It will seem really slow and boring, but if you focus on your hand movements, it will prove very helpful!
