Derek Hasted writes "This wonderfully upbeat piece of music makes a great student/teacher duet, or it would suit a mixed ability duo too. It contains all the material from one of the recordings of this piece, including the intro and the instrumental "break" in the middle of the piece.
The tune is at the Early Intermediate level; the accompaniment (possibly played by a teacher) is a little harder as it comprises a ragtime swinging bass which makes the piece motor along.
There are no repeats in this piece, and that allows changes to the texture in the successive verses.
I’ve performed this piece in concert and it’s always been a great crowd-pleaser.
