The freely composed baroque style organ music provides a rich accompaniment to the chorale melody, which is stated in measured phrases by the solo trumpet. As the arrangement progresses the trumpet chorale becomes increasingly embellished and the organ music more complex (measures 32 - 36). The organ music is notated on two staves with an independent pedal melodic bass line. The performance duration is nearly two and a half minutes and the full score has a separate one page trumpet part attached.
