It is the simple idea that one can, at any moment, suddenly pass from nothing to anything, without being able to do anything. The word "Walking" refers to the left-handed mode of play called Walking Bass often used in jazz piano that I used. It's finally a nod to Pink Floyd's album "Dark Side of the Moon" and Miles Davis' album "Kind of Blue".
