"Night Fantasy" is a work for string quartet which Lisa composed in 2005. The four instruments each travel on their own journey. At times their paths cross and they momentarily come together in harmony before continuing on their separate paths. The piece opens with a surreal harmonic section, then the cello and first violin bring in bits of the two main melodies which occur later in the piece and are joined by other counter melodies.
