In Millette's own words, the piece isn't happy or sad, programmatic or based entirely on theoretical principles, nor is it meant to convey any specific ideas at all. It is simply meant to be enjoyed.
Neither Here Nor There is dedicated to Yuesen Yang, Brandon Hettwer, Mitch Geiger, Mitchell Beck, Russell Wharton, and Steven Partida who helped bring Paul's piece to life.
