Composed by American Folk Hymn. Arranged by Cydney Olson Van Duker. Christian,Sacred. Score. 3 pages. Cydney Olson Van Duker #41587. Published by Cydney Olson Van Duker (A0.816563).

Just reading the title of this beloved folk hymn brings comfort to the soul. In this peaceful piano solo setting, the melody is simple without complicated harmonies. The left hand plays a lilting rhythm throughout the first verse. In the second verse the left hand takes over the melody while the right hand plays a moving obligato with a few optional trills. The second verse continues with lush chords in every measure, the right hand taking the melody, continuing on to the end of the piece by revisiting the style of the first verse. This piece would be appropriate for any recital or worship service.
