Originally written for solo violin and orchestra, I have transcribed it for wind quintet. The tune is shared between the clarinet and flute. I have attempted to give the other three players more interesting parts to play, rather than the norm which seems to be the "oom pah" effect between bass and the other accompanying players. I have reduced the orchestration so all 5 are not playing all the time!! It seems to work well for wind quintet. Good for an encore!!
