It was a set of six pieces scored for classical guitar trio, one for each of the grandkids that I had at that time. A second round of grandkids came in 2013 and 2016, so I decided to compose another set of guitar trios. I used pieces composed by their father (my son Richard) as the harmonic foundation for both pieces, adding new melodies and additional harmonies. This download is for an arrangement of Lullaby for Mary Jane scored for guitar, piano and oboe, flute or violin. Performance time is 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Demand level is intermediate.
