Part of The Last Mesa Suite. Muscular, straight ahead driving up-tempo chart. This one roars from the first bar. Solos: Tenor, Piano, and Bone. Band shouts! Just when the chart seems to end, there is a short, soulfl trumpet solo played over lush-voiced sustained chords and then the chart explodesto the quick ending. A dramatic climax to one of the best suites ever from McIntosh.
