Composed by Antonin Dvorak. Arranged by John Milne. Concert,Instructional,Jazz,Romantic Period. Score and part. 6 pages. Odd Shoe Music #4593439. Published by Odd Shoe Music (A0.799234).

This great tune has become stale for me, having been a brass teacher for many years.
I have been able to live with it for a bit longer by revisiting the harmony and adding jazz chords.
The famous theme presented in an unusual setting!
The trumpet part follows the theme straight with a reharmonisation before going into a jazz waltz.
It promotes legato playing and is full of dynamics.
It should help build stamina and breathing as well as gently extending range for the developing player (rises by step to F sharp).
Duration - 2m 50s.
