Jingle Jangle Jingle first appeared in the 1942 movie, The Forest Rangers, and was performed by singing cowboy Dick Thomas. Later that year Kay Kyser released his big band version that quickly reached #1 on the Billboard charts. The song has been covered by many artists, but most notably by Gene Autry, Glenn Miller, and Tex Ritter.
