This male and female duet of this title has been arranged many times since Shakespeare wrote " As You Like It" and Thomas Morely wrote the first madrigal for it in 1590. My rendition sticks exactly with the Shakespeare. It has a simple tune for those good old country folk sung almost entirely in unison. The piano accompaniment is another story. Together they make a joyful sound.
