Rob Romeyn’s brilliant arrangement for the Command series of this iconic work has been skillfully and carefully adapted to better fit the instrumentation of a smaller ensemble, thus allowing the piece to be performed effectively by many more bands who would otherwise not have the opportunity. All of Grainger's iconic melodic and harmonic lines and harmonic structure are present and left intact. We predict this wonderful arrangement will become a classic and will be a valuable addition to the repertoire for many years to come. Great music for younger performers!

The Barnhouse Command Series includes works at grade levels 2, 2.5, and 3. This series is designed for middle school and junior high school bands, as well as high school bands of smaller instrumentation or limited experience.
