Composed by Phil Beaman. Classical,New Age,Sacred. Score and parts. 6 pages. Phil Beaman #5361421. Published by Phil Beaman (A0.844778).

In the Cathedral Archives invokes the hushed majesty of the cathedral, the mystery of the archives, and the excitement of the discovery there. The tempo, style, and dynamics change in every section, but similar patterns and chord progressions tie them together. The individual lines are super easy, but when all put together with the markings and variation it sounds quite exciting and special. A great piece for working on controlled playing and interpretation. A lovely addition to any recital.

Part 1- octave, melody, broken triads
Part 2-octave, harmony, broken triads
Part 3-fifth, root and drone
