Composed by Tim Minchin. Arranged by Linda Dalgliesh. Contemporary. Score. 8 pages. Linda Dalgliesh #6357795. Published by Linda Dalgliesh (A0.803654).

I'll Take Lonely Tonight was written by Tim Minchin and released on his studio album Apart Together and as a single in November 2020.  The song is a rock ballad about love, describing the refusal to give in to temptation, and the joy and relief of remaining faithful to a partner in a long-term relationship.

This arrangement follows Tim Minchin's official video on YouTube, and is in the original key of G major.  The vocal part is written in treble clef, ranging from G3 to D5 (an octave and a fifth). The piano part spans no more than an octave in either hand.

The duration is approximately 5 minutes 25 seconds, and could be extended by using the ad lib repeats on the last page.

Total of eight pages.
