Hispanico (Hispanic) is the name a Spanish citizen is given when living in another country. One day, a Spaniard (Hispanico), decides to watch a tourada (bull fight) in Portugal and becomes amazed at the diversity of these events. He therefore feels the need to report all those events he has seen, not in textual form, but in musical notes. In chronological order, the piece assembles all the events lived by that same person in that bull fight, with contrasting calm moments and more agitated moments, such as the section following the trio, which serves as a bridge into the final phase of the piece.
