The music depicts the new lovers Siegfried and Brünnhilde awakening together on the bank of the river Rhine, then Brünnhilde sending Siegfried off to seek new adventure. This arrangement for concert orchestra was completed by well-known composer Engelbert Humperdinck (1854-1921). Instrumentation: 2+Picc.2.2.2: 4.3.3.1: Timp.Perc(3): Hp: Str (9-8-7-6-5 in set).
