Frozen Vol 48
It is not for beginner. If you are, try Songs from Frozen, Tangled and Enchanted. play along. These are written in Original Keys. Loved arrangement.

obviously did not have violins in mind
Wow.....take a look at those key signatures. Some has 4 flats ....its only challenging in a sense of your finger placement...not in notation. It could have been transposed a lot better!

Fun to play
I bought this at the start of the summer to have for the start of the new school year. I love playing them myself but as Ghost also reviewed the keys are not violin friendly so my younger students will not be able to play them at all which is an awful pity. Whoever published books like this must realise that string instruments are not the easiest to play in 5 and 6 flats. I will definitely make use of the books with older students as practise for playing in flats. The backing track is excellent. Such a pity about the keys as I won't be able to use it as much as I would have intended.

Songs in bad keys
I would think this is partly meant to appeal to kids (who tend to be beginners). It would have been nice if they made the key signatures a little more violin-friendly. Looks like the original keys (good for singers, but not string players). Too bad.

Splendid!
The book arrived promptly. The songs are as what we have expected. The music accompaniment are good. This book is not for beginner as some songs required shifting (3rd, 4th) - e.g. Let it Go. A great addition to your library if you love the movie Frozen.
