Very nice book.
Very nice book, easy to read printing. Took it to local print shop for spiral binding. Working on a piece my teacher recommended.

Great music, dont like the binding
As others have mentioned, this music is wonderful. It is clear and easy to read. The binding, however, makes it extremely difficult to keep the pages open and takes a great deal of effort to break the binding enough to have it sit open. Not sure why publishers do this. Buy it anyway - Poulanc is an amazing composer.

Francis Poulenc - Works for Piano
Beautiful music and a very nicely presented edition - cover, clear score. A great shame that the music does not sit open on the piano without the spine having to be severely broken.

Excellent Collection
This is an excellent collection of Francis Poulenc's piano solos, taken from the original editions in the Salabert catalogue by Editions Durand. All the directions are in French. I was delighted to find this collection because I love French piano music from this period and it is often difficult to find it as a score or even recorded.I gave the collection 5 stars because of its wonderful content. But the book's physical traits have problems. The publisher reproduced the original engravings, making a few of the works a little dense and not very crisp, although still readable. Another reviewer mentioned that its yellowish paper can be difficult to read, but I see the paper as ivory and have had little trouble reading it. There is no fingering and the binding is very stiff, making it difficult to stay open, something I hope will loosen after continued use.There are nearly 60 works, including the 15 Improvisations, Villageoises, Suite Francaise, and Les Soirees de Nazelles.

Nice collection
This provides most/all of Poulenc's piano works. The paper in this French publication is very yellow and I find it hard to read in the evening.
