These five short character pieces are ideal repertoire for an intermediate group. They were written for in-school demonstrations of the French horn, so are also particularly useful for advanced groups looking for fun, accessible repertoire.

The last movement (Le Vieux Port) is a trio version of the horn quartet piece of the same name, available as a separate SMP title.
