Published by Rainer's Rainbow (A0.1050812).Faure wrote his Pavane For A Dead Princess in 1887. It is presented here in the modified original key of G minor and arranged for a clarinet quartet. A 5th clarinet is optional to make it a quintet. The form also perfectly fits the original Faure piece so it can be performed with choir. An Eb part is provided as an alternative to the 1st. Also if a 5th player is used an alternate part in F is provided (French Horn, English Horn, or Basset Horn).
