This work consists of three movements that flow over into each other. A short melodious introduction is followed by a rhythmic passage whereby the theme is played in canon. In the melancholic and moving middle part, various instruments are given the opportunity to present themselves. Subsequently, a reprise of the first part with slight variations is played. This work is suitable for all orchestras, even if you do not have all the instruments available. Cues have been provided everywhere and the instrumentation is broad.

Dit werk bestaat uit drie bewegingen die in elkaar overlopen. Een korte zangerige inleiding wordt gevolgd door een ritmische passage waarbij het thema in kanon gespeeld wordt. In het melancholisch en meeslepend middendeel, krijgenverschillende instrumentengroepen de kans zich te profileren. Hierna volgt een herneming van het eerste deel, zij het licht gevariëerd. Dit werk is geschikt voor elk orkest, ook indien u niet overal volledig bezet bent. Er werdenoveral cue's voorzien en de instrumentatie is overwegend dik.

Dieses Werk besteht aus 3 Bewegungen, die sich ineinander verstricken. Eine kurze melodische Einleitung fließt in eine rhythmische Passage über, in der das Thema im Kanon gespielt wird. Sowohl im melodischen als auch im rhythmischen Mittelteil haben viele Instrumente die Möglichkeit ihr Können unter Beweis zu stellen. Anschließend folgt eine Reprise des ersten Teils mit leichten Variationen. Dieses Werk kann von allen Orchestern gespielt werden, auch wenn nicht alle Instrumente zur Verfügung stehen, da die Einsätze in allen Einzelstimmen notiert sind und daher die Instrumentierung sehr vielfältig ist.

Cette œuvre se compose de trois tableaux qui s’imbriquent l’un dans l’autre. l’introduction, courte et mélodieuse, succède un passage plus rythmé, tandis que le thème est joué en canon. Le tableau central oscille entre émotion fleur de peau et mélancolie ; plusieurs groupes instrumentaux y dévoilent leur talent expressif. Le troisième tableau constitue une sorte de variation sur le thème du premier tableau. Fantasia s’adresse la fois aux formations complètes et/ou incomplètes (voix dédoublées).
