This powerful statement came out of a workshop attended by Dr. Gorton on love and intimacy, and is appropriate for any spiritual exercise, including a church service or workshop on human relations. It would also make wonderful material for a student or faculty conservatory recital, or public art song recital. Hauntingly beautiful, with a moving, insightful text, "Epiphany" also appears on Gorton's album of art songs, "Brimfull," available through his website (see below).
