In order to play this piece, you must be able to play repeated notes quickly and be able to play with your hands on top of each other.
The right and left hands overlap intentionally. Measures 3, 16, and other similar passages require only the thumb of the right hand to be underneath the left hand: this should lead to the thumbs of both hands being close to interlocking. Measure 7 and other similar passages, however, are easier if you place the left hand below the right hand. Perhaps the hardest part of the piece is measure 26. Throughout the piece, short staccatos are essential to clearly hearing the repeated notes between the hands. In this particular measure, you must worry about both the repeated Fs and the repeated B-flats. I suggest placing your right hand underneath your left and using the fingering 2-3-4 to make the space between the hands a little less crowded.
