Was written as a commission for the Las Lomas High School Jazz Ensemble, Norm Dea, director. This is a medium-up tempo chart in G minor with lots of contrapuntal ideas for each section of the band. Gradually builds to a boiling climax. After a sax soli there are solos for alto, trumpet, trombone, a trombonesoli, then a tenor solo. 5,5,5, & rhy.
