A truly beautiful setting
Consecration is a wonderful setting of the familiar hymn, Take My Life, and Let It Be Consecrated, Lord, to Thee. I used this a couple of decades ago in a previous church and was thrilled to find it still available. The arrangement is not difficult, well within the reach of volunteer choirs. The theme melody is lovely, and the piece as a whole inspires both singers and worshippers. This is only one of many arrangements by John Ness Beck that I have deeply appreciated over 48 years of leading church choirs.
