The wistful theme accompanied by a simple four-chord cycle inspired me to expand and develop the gentle energy of the original without disturbing its essence. I have varied the melody in places, and given the flowing triplet patterns to both hands. It is now virtuosic showpiece for the Intermediate pianist.
