I wouldn't hesitate to program it. The melody is wonderful, and the arrangement has a classic interest and appeal that will make it right at home in a serious musical context. Performance Notes Sing the first two verses non legato and somewhat marcato with the light bounce of a happy lilt in your voice. The third verse sing slower and more reflectively.
