Everything you should expect. Can be played with properly keyed whistles as well. Great for Recorder study.

Beautiful Music
I have received my book and CD after a four-month wait and I am completely hooked by the recorder music and the guitar accompaniment.The tune selection is accurate and beautiful, one feels like playing and/or listening to the CD every day, really.Not only can all the tunes be played on the descant/soprano recorder but also on tinwhistles in the keys of D and C which makes this book even more valuable to me. Highly recommended for intermediate level recorder players and tinwhistlers.

Celtic Music for Recorder
I just love this book. The songs, the arrangements and the accompaniment are beautiful. I am a Jessica Walsh-aholic. I have to play the whole book when I start.Although Australian, I have Welsh and Irish as my heritage and this music brings tears to my eyes. I might add that when I play this book, it brings tears to my husbands eyes too.

Get this book! This is really beautiful music. The cd sounds great and has really inspired me to learn the pieces. Worth every penny I spent!

Beautiful recorder
At first, I thought the recorder is a child's instrument but hearing Jessica's celtic recorder inspired me to learn the instrument. (I play classical guitar.) Jessica plays the recorder so beautifully and her selection of pieces are wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this book and CD to anyone who wants to learn the recorder or just simply one who loves music
