Alan Silvestri is one of my favorite movie composers. He composes mainly for the film industry, and wrote fantastic scores for movies like Forrest Gump, Back to the Future, and Night at the Museum, to name a few.

This song comes from, not surprisingly, the cave painting scene from the 3D animated film, The Croods. Done in typical Silvestri style, this song is so beautiful, and translates into a just as beautiful flute choir piece.

This arrangement is written for 3 altos, 2 basses, and 2 contrabass flutes. There is an optional contra-alto in G part that doubles the Contra 1. Also optional is a cello that doubles the Contra 2, and can be substituted by any C instrument in a similar range, such as a bassoon.
