After a long recovery from an accident, composer Hodkinson was asked for piano duet music for two colleagues at Stetson University. Eager to return to composing, Hodkinson produced this serenade, Brain Drops, with each of seven movements dedicated to the doctors and therapists who saw him through his ordeal.
